Standard Manifold Products
Jack D. Davis, our founder, pioneered the development of "standard" manifolding
components in 1976. Since that time our standard product catalog
details nearly one million products, ranging from ISO 02 valve patterns
through ISO 10, including DIN slip-in-cartridge valve manifold
products.
Our standard product manufacturing processes are documented in
Standard Operating Procedures, and have been refined over the years to
provide optimum quality, reliability and repeatability. The
aesthetic quality of our products is unparalleled, and is the industry
standard. Our commitment to manufacturing systems development has
been recognized by the Association for Manufacturing Excellence
(AME). We have hosted a workshop and, subsequently, presented our report on Lean
Manufacturing Systems at the AME National Conference.
Catalog product delivery is dependant on its status in the price list, either
Stock (non-shaded) or Not Stocked (shaded). Stocked items are inventoried
in a KanBan system and are available for same-day UPS shipment if ordered by
5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Occasionally, orders deplete our system. In these
cases, product replenishment is generally fewer than 6-7 days.
Products not found in the standard catalog can be quoted as a Custom-Engineered Product by requesting a quotation through a Daman distributor.
