Our engineering software has been developed specifically for manifold applications. The key attributes of this software are maximization of flow path volume, internal wall thickness calculations, reliable circuit duplication in our product, and effective designs relative to size, weight and cost. Every application receives an intuitive review for conventional use of valves and circuitry as an additional safeguard.

Daman Products Co., Inc. is engaged in the manufacture of hydraulic valve manifolds and related products. We actively practice continuous improvement through implementation of high-performance work teams, cellular manufacturing, just-in-time, Kanban, and pull scheduling technologies. This collective process is also referred to as the "Focused Factory Concept," or "Lean Manufacturing Technology."
Within this manufacturing system, quality assurance, training, machine maintenance, packaging, and shipping are assimilated into the manufacturing process through cross-training techniques, thereby eliminating wasteful processes. These processes have produced tangible benefits through inventory reduction, price reductions through creative productivity, improved delivery response, improved machine up-time, and reduced product cycle times. We operate our facility 24 hours per day.
Quality assurance is charged with developing and
implementing procedures that maximize product quality and efficiency. In
doing so, QA manages National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
certification of over 1400 gages and instruments, and actively certifies
our machinists in the use of these tools.
